Small Changes = Big Impact

This month, Leadership Lit, the Chamber’s book club, is reading “Beyond Measure: The Big Impact of Small Change” by Margaret Heffernan. An influential and award-winning business leader, Heffernan reveals how organizations can build ideal workplace cultures and create seismic shifts by making deceptively small changes.

All Chamber members are invited to pick up a copy and join the discussion on July 16. The group will meet at the Chamber, 350 S. White Street, from 12:00 – 1:00 pm.

The format of the meeting is an open discussion, allowing attendees plenty of opportunities to share insight and perspective. Feel free to bring your lunch to the meeting and make it a lunch and learn. Even if you’re not able to read the entire book by the meeting date, you’re welcome to join the group and glean information from the discussion.
