Meet in the Street Booths Available

The Wake Forest Area Chamber of Commerce’s 39th Annual Meet in the Street® festival will be held Saturday, May 4, 2019 from 10 am until 4 pm in historic downtown Wake Forest. Join us as we fill South White Street, South Brooks Street, and Owen Avenue with arts and crafts vendors, food trucks, live music and performances, and plenty of kid friendly activities. It’s a full day of fun for the whole family! And best of all, it’s FREE!

Applications are now being accepted!

We have combined our applications to make the process easier. There is one Vendor Application for Arts & Crafts, Non-Profits, and Food Vendors. Select the type of vendor you are, and submit as usual. Food Vendor & Non-Profit booths are sold out.

Businesses that wish to participate in Meet in the Street may select a standard booth (limited quantities available) or a sponsorship. Download our Sponsorship Opportunities and Registration Form to apply.

The Young Entrepreneurs Fair presented by Blue Wave Pressure Washing is sold out and no longer taking applications.

Application Deadlines:

For Arts & Crafts Vendors and Non-Profits, the deadline is March 11, 2019. Food booths & non-profit booths are SOLD OUT.

For Sponsors and Standard Business Booths, the deadline is March 11, 2019.

Space fills up quickly, so we highly recommend early submission. All applications are processed, reviewed and finalized by a committee of volunteers. Registrations that are not chosen are fully refunded except for the application fee (if applicable).
